HOW IT WORKS

Our SiteLaunch Starter Kit Design services use a streamlined four-step process to bring your new website from concept to reality quickly and efficiently.

STEP 1: INVENTORY OF NEEDS

In concert with one of our project managers, you help us take stock of your specific needs to that we can assemble the software, media, and technical assets required by your project. In this phase, we select a template, and discuss any color, typography, and design alterations or customizations, and determine the specific features you'd like to have on your site.

Once you're satisfied that we have a complete inventory of your vision for your completed site, we sign the contract and it is time for the initial deposit to be placed. A 50% up-front deposit is required for SiteLaunch Starter Kit design services, with the remaining 50% due on completion and delivery of your site. A checklist will be prepared for final review and sign-off of the completed site.

STEP 2: INITIAL SET-UP & LAYOUT CONSTRUCTION

After receiving your initial deposit, we will set up a staging area on our servers for the development of your site. If you have opted to host your completed website with us, we will set up your website domain and e-mail addresses.

We will then begin integration and customization of your selected template. At the end of this stage, we will have you review and sign off on the template and all related alterations or customizations thus far completed (some design elements will be completed in Step 3.)

STEP 3: PROGRAMMING & LAYOUT FINALIZATION

At this stage, our primary design elements are ready, and we can begin adding and customizing the core underlying functionality and features you've chosen to install. Once we've done this, we might have some additional design tweaks, alterations, and customizations to make to the layout in order to fully integrate the design to its features.

After this stage, we will again have you sign off on the finalized website, layout, and features.

STEP 4: SEO, SEARCH SUBMISSION, LAUNCH

At this stage, we make final adjustments to our launch plan, and implement any pre-launch services you've specified (pre-launch publicity, ad campaigns, or directory and alternative-search submissions.)

At this stage, we will present you with the finalized checklist for your signature. Your site is now live and available to the world!
