All website hosting services are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Customers may cancel anytime within their 30 day free trial period for a full refund. Cancellations after free trial period subject to pro-ration based on amount of service used. Only unused portions of service will be refunded after the 30 day free trial period.
